This is a website, partially told from Anatol's perspective. Partially meaning 95% of the content here (not counting any links you see on the second page) would be things he'd say or do. You know I can make this canon information at any given time, I am God.

I try to follow a particular theme, a theme of both self doubt and an ounce of what I can only describe as having an existential crisis. Also themes inspired by the themes of Serial Experiments Lain, though much subtler as I've only seen like 3 episodes. The OP slaps though.

About the "I'm not real, nothing is real" parts you have encountered, and will encounter many more times, they are there for a reason. It's directly related to how this is told from Anatol's perspective. He's not real. He's just a fictional character, created for a reason. What reason? Fuck if I know. Maybe for comfort. Maybe for self expression. Here, he's recognising that he is but a few pixels on a screen, he's obviously unhappy about that, and takes it out on you. He doesn't have anyone to talk to but you, you're the only person he can reach out to at this point. Breaking the 4th wall isn't hard, and he abuses this as a desperate attempt at avoiding eternal oblivion.

Think of this as indirectly getting to know my character. ;)

Of course, any mention of Nicolae is about me, and not told from my character's perspective. I don't know if he'd ever go by to that, probably not. If anything, he'd go by Agustin. Or Albert.

Essentially, this site is both for self expression, and also as a reference to the fact that my original character isn't real. Again, be sure to hover over and click everything you see. The back button is your friend.

Like on the very second page you see. When you click the button provided, the text reads "My name is A...Nicolae." This is a reference to how my birth name starts with the letter A, and how my character's name starts with the letter A.

Now, after I have poured my heart into this website, I realise how stupid the idea is. But am I going to change it? No! Because I was up all night at one point, working on this website like my life depended on it. It'd be a shame if I were to ruin the whole thing. :-p

While the photograph of me may prove otherwise, I do not possess a physical form. I am simply a person behind a screen, desperately trying to make my web site interesting. Interesting enough for people to look through the entire thing, yet poorly made enough to make people think, "wow, no effort was put into this". This site reflects who I am. People find me interesting. Yet they think I don't put effort into being a normal human being. And you know what? They're right.
